Uploading on to photoshop

i have created some images on photoshop with three photos dragged and dropped on to the same print. I have done this before and loaded and ordered prints on photobox, however this time i just get a low print red face next to my uploaded images and i dont know what i am doing wrong. I have tried changing the resolution but i dont know if i am doing it right, can someone please help??

`Not sure is your DPI is too low, Try changing it from 72DPI to 300 DPI in Photoshop, Also check the Size of the photo. Always Size the photo to the size you want. :-)
