Distilled Images I have been a photographer for over 40 years and moved, kicking and screaming, into the digital world. I still shoot with film, but I have adjusted to the technology and freedom afforded from working in the digital medium. I shoot with a Nikon D7000 and find the world of image-making to be gratifying, exciting and an awakening.
As a photographer, I try to capture the spirit and essence of person, place, culture or landscape. My goal is to provide the viewer with the opportunity for new insights into the aesthetic richness of culture, place, identity, people and one's self.
