friendship to make friends and know their cultures and to know their hearts. i have two YASHICA's. one 20 years old which is a automatic and the other a give from my friend which is atleast 50 years old manual. it has some fungus in it. am afraid if i give it for a repair they may steal the original parts. hence i kept that piece as a souviener. i have been interested in photography since my childhood. i had watched the solar eclipse and invited friends and neighbours to watch the same in our big hall. my house had a window which was facing east. i covered the window with a black blanket. made a small hole in it. about 5 to 6 feet behind i tied my fathers "DHOTHI" ( a white sheet of cloth which is worn around the waist in southeren india to cover oneself below the waistline, a part of our indian culture, which is also a dress material, worn during auspicious gathering like marriages, and visiting holy places)It is a rectangular white sheet with designed border printed on all the four sides. I tied the two corners to one chair and other two to another chair and made a make shift screen which i moved has the sun rose until the eclipse started. it was a great experince watching the eclipse indoors without hurting your eyes from the harmfull rays from the sun. sine then i always like to experiment with anything for a glimpse of the outside beautiful colorful universe for free. do i make sense?
